The board of directors of Heritage International Holdings Limited informed the shareholders and warrantholders of the company and potential investors that the group is expected to record a loss for year ended March 31, 2013 although the amount is expected to be less than that of the previous corresponding period. Such loss is principally attributable to losses on sales of investments at fair value through profit or loss and fair value losses on investments at fair value through profit or loss, which losses have reduced by approximately 68% and 94% respectively when compared with those of the previous corresponding period.

The board of directors of Heritage International Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Poon Chi Wan has resigned as an executive director of the company and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Board with effect from March 15, 2013 due to her intention to retire for life. As a result of the resignation of Ms. Poon, Dr. Kwong Kai Sing, Benny (an executive director of the company and the Chairman of the Board) was appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee and Mr. Chow Chi Wah, Vincent (an executive director and the company secretary of the company) was appointed as an authorized representative of the company in substitution for Ms. Poon, both with effect from March 15, 2013.
