The lower-than-expected profit contribution was due to the unexpected keen competition for technician and staff with advance technology knowledge which drive up their salaries drastically and change of suppliers selection criteria by certain major customers, tender of certain orders were lost while the orders obtained were completed at a lower margin. The company proposed a final dividend of HKD 0.006 per share in respect of the year ended December 31, 2012 against a final dividend of HKD 0.012 per share in respect of the year ended December 31, 2011 has been proposed by the directors and is subject to approval by the shareholders in the annual general meeting.
