Pursuant to the LOI, the company will establish a company in the Nanjing Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone and such company will serve as the company's headquarters in the PRC and will be responsible for the investment, operation and management of the company's projects in the PRC including, but not limited to, property development and natural gas businesses. The investment amount is estimated to be approximately $30 million.
