The company was formerly known as China Construction Bank and changed its name to China Construction Bank Corporation in September 2004. Net cash flows from operating activities per share were RMB 0.54. Annualized return on average assets was 1.67%. The company announced impairment losses for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013.
