Peking University Resources (Holdings) Company Limited reported audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2013. For the year, the company reported profit before tax of HKD 36,237,000 and profit attributable to owners of the parent of HKD 59,767,000 or 2.64 cents per diluted share on revenue of HKD 3,028,185,000 compared to loss before tax of HKD 23,017,000 and profit attributable to owners of the parent of HKD 24,753,000 or 2.24 cents per diluted share on revenue of HKD 2,724,229,000 reported a year ago. Capital expenditure was HKD 6,840,000. Revenue of the group was increased by 11.2%. The increase was mainly attributable to the revenue generated from several newly acquired property investment projects and the continuous growth of the Distribution Business. The increase in profit was mainly attributable to the revenue growth of the group's businesses and gain on bargain purchase from acquisition of subsidiaries of HKD 128.6 million with total consideration below net asset values.
