W-SCOPE Corporation announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2012. For the year, the company reported net sales of JPY 2,325,161,000, operating income of JPY 392,748,000, ordinary income JPY 400,089,000, income before income taxes and minority interests of JPY 400,089,000 and net income of JPY 368,388,000 or JPY 25.99 per share against net sales of JPY 3,382 million, operating income of JPY 1,309 million, ordinary income JPY 1,232 million, income before income taxes and other adj. of JPY 1,232 million and net income of JPY 1,205 million for the same period a year ago. The company expects net sales of JPY 2,720 million, operating income of JPY 324 million, ordinary income JPY 319 million and net income of JPY 286 million or JPY 20.24 per share for the year 2013.
