Kyocera Corporation will distribute a year-end dividend for the year ended March 31, 2013 of JPY 60 per share, the same amount as in the year ended March 31, 2012. When aggregated with the interim dividend in the amount of JPY 60 per share, the total annual dividend will be JPY 120 per share.

Kyocera Corp. announced that in view of the forecast for the fiscal year 2014, it expects to increase full-year dividends by JPY 40 compared to fiscal 2013, to JPY 160 per share.
