T. RAD Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2012. for the period, the company reported net sales of ¥64,384 million, operating income of ¥1,944 million, ordinary income of ¥2,542 million, net income of ¥976 million or ¥11.73 diluted per share compared with net sales of ¥66,765 million, operating income of ¥3,066 million, ordinary income of ¥3,455 million, net income of ¥2,406 million or ¥28.59 diluted per share for the same period last year. Income before income taxes was ¥1,783 million compared with ¥3,162 million for the same period last year. Net cash provided by operating activities was ¥4,243 million compared with ¥4,752 million for the same period last year. This was mainly attributable to ¥1,783 million in the income before income taxes, ¥2,851 million in depreciation and amortization. Purchase of tangible fixed assets was ¥3,536 million compared with ¥2,826 million for the same period last year. The company provided earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013. For the period, the company expected net sales of ¥86,900 million, operating income of ¥2,400 million, ordinary income of ¥3,100 million, net income of ¥1,300 million or ¥15.82 diluted per share.
