On May 24, 2013, Air China Limited and Air China Import and Export Co. Ltd. entered into the Air China Airbus Aircraft Purchase Agreement with the Airbus Company, pursuant to which the company has agreed to purchase 60 Airbus 320-series aircraft from the Airbus Company. The aggregate consideration for the acquisition is payable by cash in installments. The company is expecting to take delivery of the 60 Airbus aircraft in stages from 2014 to 2020.

Air China Limited at the annual general meeting held on May 23, 2013 approved the appointment of KPMG as the company's international auditor and KPMG Huazhen (Special General Partnership) as the company's domestic auditor and internal control auditor respectively for the year ending December 31, 2013.

Air China Limited announced that at the AGM held on May 23, 2013, the shareholders approved the profit distribution proposal and declaration of a final dividend of RMB 0.5935 per ten shares (including tax) for the year ended December 31, 2012. The final dividend will be paid on or around July 16, 2013.
