T&D Holdings, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013. For the year ended March 31, 2013, the company reported ordinary revenue was ¥2,418,959 million compared to ¥2,104,107 million a year ago. Ordinary profit was ¥151,689 million compared to ¥120,889 million a year ago. Income before income taxes was ¥93,008 million compared to ¥72,029 million a year ago. Net income was ¥63,733 million or ¥94.52 per share compared to net income of ¥26,763 million or ¥39.41 per share a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was ¥636.7 billion, up ¥522.3 billion from the level of the previous fiscal year. Purchase of tangible fixed assets was ¥6,253 million against ¥6,756 million a year ago. For the year ending March 31, 2014, the company expects consolidated net income to be ¥66,000 million or ¥97.88 per share on ordinary revenues to be ¥2,120,000 million along with ordinary profit to be ¥165,000 million.
