For the period, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 5,235 million, operating profit of JPY 2,569 million, ordinary profit of JPY 2,023 million, and net income of JPY 2,022 million. For the six month period ending March 2015, the company expects to pay a dividend of JPY 9,400 per unit.

Global One Real Estate Investment Corp Obtains Debt Financing

Global One Real Estate Investment Corp. decided to take out longterm loans for a total of ¥19,000 million for the purpose of covering the acquisition of trust beneficial interests in real estate in Yokohama Plaza Building and related expenses. The acquisition of trust beneficial interests in real estate in Yokohama Plaza Building was already announced in the press release of 17 July 2014 titled "GOR Announces Acquisition and Leasing of a Property. Interest shall be paid on the end of each month, and the first interest payment date is 29 August 2014. (Partial) repayment of the principal is permissible on the interest payment date. The base interest rate applicable to the calculation period of interest payable on each interest payment date shall be JBA 1month Japanese Yen TIBOR as of two business days prior to the interest payment date (JBA 1 month Japanese Yen TIBOR as of 24 July 2014 is 0.147%). Interest payable for the first calculation period shall be computed using the base interest rate corresponding to the relevant period on a prorata basis as set in the loan agreement.

Global One Real Estate Investment Corp. revised earnings guidance for the six months ending September 30, 2014. For the period, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 3,959 million, operating profit of JPY 1,623 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,131 million and net income of JPY 1,130 million against previously expected operating revenue of JPY 3,745 million, operating profit of JPY 1,398 million, ordinary income of JPY 916 million and net income of JPY 916 million.
