ABC Arbitrage SA announced consolidated earnings results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2012. For the year, the company reported net revenue of EUR 53.0 million, income before income tax of EUR 35.9 million and net income attributable to equity holders of EUR 24.3 million or EUR 0.47 per share compared to net revenue of EUR 75.2 million, income before income tax of EUR 51.3 million and net income attributable to equity holders of EUR 34.3 million or EUR 0.66 per share reported in the same period last year. The Board of the company will recommend a final dividend of EUR 0.27 per share at the annual shareholders meeting on May 31, 2013. Shareholders will be given the option of reinvesting all or part of their dividend in company's shares. The dividend payment procedure and date will be announced at a later date. The final dividend is in addition to the EUR 0.20 interim dividend paid in December 2012. If approved by the shareholders, the full dividend for 2012 will therefore amount to EUR 0.47 per share, which is equal to net earnings per share. The Board also plans to distribute EUR 0.20 per share at the end of 2013.
