Acciona SA reported consolidated earnings and production results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. For the quarter, the company reported revenues of €1,621 million, EBITDA of €327 million, EBIT of €142 million, EBT of €41 million, profit from continuing activities of €30 million and attributable net profit of €34 million compared to the revenues of €1,591 million, EBITDA of €328 million, EBIT of €153 million, EBT of €40 million, profit from continuing activities of €29 million and attributable net profit of €29 million for the same quarter year ago. Net ordinary capital expenditure was €99 million compared to the €132 million for the same quarter year ago. Net debt was €7,549 million as on March 31, 2013. Consolidated revenues increased by 1.9% to €1,621 million, mainly due to the positive performance of ACCIONA Energy due to higher wind and hydro load factors in Spain and the contribution during the period of the 263MW installed in the last twelve months; the revenue growth of the Water division, boosted by the good performance in designing and construction activities as well as in operation and maintenance and the revenue reduction of the Infrastructure division due to the decrease of the construction business in Spain and the disposal of one concession in 2012. For the quarter, the company reported total production of 6,172 GWh against 5,364 GWh a year ago. On February 28, 2013 the Board of Directors of the company resolved the distribution of €2.65 gross per share against results of 2012 fiscal year. The total payment of this dividend amounts to €151.74 million. Out of such amount, €0.9 per share were paid last January 21, 2013 as interim dividend, being pending the payment of a complementary dividend of €1.75 per share, which must be approved in the forthcoming AGM of the company to be celebrated on June 6, 2013.

Acciona Water reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. For the quarter, the company reported revenues of €133 million against €89 million a year ago. EBITDA was €9 million against €7 million a year ago. EBT was €3 million against €1 million a year ago. Capex was €4 million against €2 million a year ago.

The Annual General Meeting of Acciona SA will be held on 5 June 2013. At the meeting the shareholders proposes amendment of the Articles of Association.
