Apartment Investment and Management Company announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported total revenues of $246,843,000 compared to $243,943,000 a year ago. Operating income was $67,467,000 compared to $64,512,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes, discontinued operations and gain on dispositions was $13,181,000 compared to $6,888,000 a year ago. Income from continuing operations was $18,186,000 or $0.85 per diluted share compared to $6,975,000 or $0.04 per diluted share a year ago. Net income attributable to the company was $128,028,000 compared to $67,232,000 a year ago. Net income attributable to the company common stockholders was $124,706,000 or $0.85 per diluted share compared to $66,268,000 or $0.46 per diluted share a year ago. Pro forma FFO per diluted share was $0.51 compared to $0.50 a year ago. Adjusted funds from operations per diluted share was $0.39 compared to $0.35 a year ago. For the nine months, the company reported total revenues of $742,185,000 compared to $723,192,000 a year ago. Operating income was $198,542,000 compared to $175,862,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes, discontinued operations and gain on dispositions was $35,059,000 compared to $7,978,000 a year ago. Income from continuing operations was $48,169,000 or $1.81 per basic and diluted share compared to $7,791,000 or $0.03 per basic and diluted share a year ago. For the fourth quarter of 2014, the company expects net income per share to be in the range from $0.11 to $0.15, pro forma FFO per share to be in the range from $0.53 to $0.57 and AFFO per share to be in the range from $0.41 to $0.45. For the full year of 2014, the company expects net income per share to be in the range from $1.91 to $1.95, pro forma FFO per share to be in the range from $2.06 to $2.10 and AFFO per share to be in the range from $1.67 to $1.71 against previously expected net income per share to be in the range from $1.10 to $1.18, pro forma FFO per share to be in the range from $2.04 to $2.12 and AFFO per share to be in the range from $1.64 to $1.74.
