American Creek Resources Ltd. reported that it has had further testing conducted on 2012 petrographic samples and 2012 assay pulp from sections of the remaining core from the 8.51 meter drill core intersection at the bottom of hole TC07-04. The core boxes containing this 8.51 meter interval of hole TC07-04 were removed from the Treaty Creek exploration camp site by Teuton Resources Corp. without the Corporation's knowledge in 2012. After recovery of the core boxes and the 2012 petrographic samples and 2012 assay pulp, the Corporation commissioned a study to determine whether drill bit fragments were the source of the high silver readings in one of the 2012 assay results reported on by Teuton. This study indicates that the high silver readings in the 2012 assay results were in fact the result of drill bit fragments, which contain silver solder, and which appear to have been included in the core samples notwithstanding proper 2007 sampling procedure. While the Corporation cannot be certain that this affected the 2007 assay results, it appears likely that the anomalous silver values for this 8.51 meter interval of hole TC07-04 were also related to silver solder from fragments of the diamond drill bit.
