Asian Pay Television Trust announced that it is expected distribution to be declared as 2 cents per unit for the quarter ending September 30, 2014 and 2.13 cents per unit for the quarter ending December 31, 2014. APTT's board also re-affirmed distribution guidance of 4.13 cents per unit for the second half of 2014. The trust declared a distribution per unit (DPU) of 4.12 Singapore cents for the first half-year ended June 30, 2014, to be paid on September 26, 2014. The company also announced earnings results for the second quarter and first half ended June 30, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported total revenues of SGD 79.19 million. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) totaled SGD 48.39 million, and asset EBITDA of SGD 51.96 million, for the period. For the half year, total revenues of SGD 156.40 million, EBITDA of SGD 98.35 million and an asset EBITDA of SGD 101.73 million. The trust expects to achieve the forecast revenue of SGD 323.8 million and asset Ebitda of SGD 210.8 million from existing operations for the full year ending Dec. 31, 2014.

Asian Pay Television Trust notes that on 6 May 2014, the Board re-affirmed distribution guidance of 8.25 cents per unit for the twelve months ending 31 December 2014. This distribution is expected to be declared as 4.12 cents per unit for the six months ended 30 June 2014 and as 4.13 cents per unit for the six months ending 31 December 2014.
