Astro Resources NL announced the appointment of Michael Povey C. Eng. M.Sc. B.Sc. (Hons) A.C.S.M. M.Aus.I.M.M., as a non executive director of the company. In the last fifteen years Mr. Povey has held executive directorships with several Australian public companies, including positions as the technical director and managing director. In these roles he has led exploration programs, JV negotiations and a number of capital raisings.
