This expansion will include the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and very likely, the Middle East Region. The combination of the new business model and creation of international subsidiary companies is expected to bring $25 million in revenue over the course of the next 4-6 quarters. New corporate subsidiaries are being set up in Canada (Racing Limos Canada(TM)) and the UK (Racing Limos UK(TM)), which will be wholly owned under the company. A third corporate subsidiary for the Middle East is also being planned. Through research performed to date, the company estimates thousands of potential franchise locations worldwide. The business, with its expanding subsidiaries, will be focused strongly on marketing via multimedia and social media as well as advertising which eliminates much of the risk of the old business model, that being essentially a paid ride revenue model.

Additionally, with all franchise locations reporting, franchisees posted, on average, a 10.1% gain in third quarter over second quarter, and just over 12% better than the same quarter last year.
