The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited engages in refining and marketing of petroleum products in Thailand. Its products include gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, fuel oil, and natural gas. The company also sells consumer products through Bai Chak and Lemon Green outlets; operates engine-oil changing/maintenance and car wash centers under Green Auto Service, Green Serve, Green Wash, Green Wash the Premium, Green Wash Express, Green Wash Auto Care, and Green Tire brands; and Inthanin coffee shops in the service stations, as well as Inthanin Premio coffee shops at shopping centers, educational institutions, and office buildings. In addition, it produces and sells the Bangchak lubricants oil and special lubricant products, such as transmission fluids, brake fluids, and grease products through a network of Bangchak service stations, shops, factories, and original equipment manufacturers; and exports its products under the BCP LUBRICANT brand. Further, the company is involved in the production and distribution of biodiesel from crude palm oil, as well as electricity from solar cells. The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited sells its products directly to consumers through a retail network of 1,065 service stations and 571 community service stations; and through oil traders. It serves users in the transportation, aviation, shipping, construction, industrial, and agriculture sectors. The Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.

Bangchak Petroleum Public Co. Ltd. announced consolidated and parent earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. On consolidated basis, net profit was THB 2,198,290,000 or THB 1.60 per share against THB 2,438,322,000 or THB 1.77 per share in the same period a year ago. On company basis, net profit was THB 2,054,344,000 or THB 1.49 per share against THB 2,377,389,000 or THB 1.73 per share in the same period a year ago.
Bangchak Petroleum Public Co. Ltd. announced at its AGM held on April 10, 2013, the company approved in respect of the allocation profit from retained earnings for dividend payment for the second-half-year operations of 2012 at the rate of THB 0.90 per share. The total 2012 dividend will be THB 1.25 per share, amounting to approximately THB 1,721 million, including the interim dividend for the first-half-year operations of 2012 at the rate of THB 0.35 per share. The board of directors had determined the date to list shareholders who are entitled to receive dividend on March 6, 2013. The dividend payment date is on April 24, 2013.
