Kimberley Diamonds Ltd. advised that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kimberley Diamond Company NL, has provided notice of intention to Blina Minerals NL for the removal of the entire board of Blina comprising: Mr. Brett F Fraser. Mr. Peter G Webse and Ms. Julia Beckett. KDC is Blina's shareholder, holding approximately 8% of Blina's fully paid ordinary shares on issue. In due course, KDC will nominate persons to be elected as directors of Blina in conformity with the constitution of Blina.

The Board of Blina Minerals NL advised the appointment of Ms. Julia Beckett as a Non-Executive Director of the company. Ms. Beckett will serve as a Non-Executive Director until a suitable replacement, with relevant technical expertise, has been appointed. The Board also advised that Ms. Lee-Anne de Bruin has resigned as a Director of the company and would like to take the opportunity to thank her for her significant contribution to the Company and to wish her well with her future endeavours.
