Bioflamex Corporation announced that on October 22, 2012, the board of directors appointed Mr. Billy Ray to act as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Billy Ray, CFO, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. From late 2011 until the present, Mr. Ray has served as Chief Executive Officer of Urban Ag. Corp.

Weaver Martin & Samyn, LLC was dismissed as the Bioflamex Corporation accountant on October 16, 2012. The Company has engaged Silberstein Ungar, PLLC Associates as its principal accountants effective October 11, 2012. The decision to change accountants was approved by the Company's board of directors.

Effective October 15, 2012, Kenneth Bland resigned from all positions as an officer of Bioflamex Corporation and as a member of its board of directors. On October 15, 2012, Kristian Schiorring was appointed to act as the company's President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Director. Also on October 15, 2012, Henrik Dahlerup was appointed to act as its Chief Operating Officer and Director. Kristian Schiorring is an experienced entrepreneur and businessman. Kristian's main areas of strength are partnerships, product development, import and production logistics, and administration/back office management. Henrik Dahlerup has an extensive background in communication and strategic marketing and consulting through his employment as a senior management member at the most prominent international communications corporations.
