Bilcare Ltd. has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2013 has approved Mr. Robin Banerjee, take over as the Managing Director/CEO of the company's subsidiary, Caprihans India Limited, subject to procedural compliances and therefore has stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company.
