Blackham Resources Ltd Announces Executive Changes

Blackham Resources Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Paul Murphy as the new independent non-executive chairman of the company. Mr. Murphy is a former banker with extensive experience in finance, strong relationships within the banking, finance and broking community as well as an impeccable reputation in the industry. He has extensive experience in running a large business in a consultative manner, whilst always keeping strategy and direction in focus. In his banking career he was responsible for running a business with over 200 people and has strong experience across Australia, Asia and North America. He will provide additional skills, experience and resources to the company at a critical time to support the company's clear strategic direction and the efforts of management. Mr. Murphy takes over the chairman role from Mr. Bryan Dixon who remains in the position of Managing Director. Mr. Dixon filled the Chairman role briefly since the Board resolved to remove Mr. Joseph Gutnick from the position on the 17 July 2014.
