Blaze International Ltd. reported audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended June 30, 2012. For the year, the company reported loss of AUD 3,420,460 on revenue of AUD 4,361 compared to loss of AUD 696,403 on revenue of AUD 25,528 reported a year ago. Loss before income tax benefit was AUD 4,210,082 compared to AUD 969,060 in last year. Basic loss per share was 0.46 cents compared to AUD 0.10 cents in the last year. Net cash used in operating activities was AUD 341,851 compared to AUD 554,567 in the last year.

Blaze International Ltd. announced that Mr. Robert Collins has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Chairman of the board with effect form September 1, 2012 and Mr. Michael Scivolo has been appointed in his place. Mr. Collins will continue as a Non-Executive Director of the company.
