Bourque Industries, Inc. announced a restructuring and expansion of its Board of Directors and appointment of a new interim Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors was expanded from three to five seats, and an invitation to join the Board was extended to Matt Schissler and to Brent Willis. Mr. Schissler has already accepted the invitation, and the Board believes it likely that Mr. Willis will also accept. Sean Floyd was elevated to Chief Executive Officer, and John Bourque, the Founder of the Company and the inventor of its technology, was reposition as Chief Scientist. Matthew L. Schissler was the founder and served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Cord Blood American, Inc. Brent Willis is a decorated former Military Officer and successful business leader. Sean Floyd has been elected Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Floyd has been serving as Executive Vice President for Bourque Industries, Inc. since January of last year.

Bourque Industries, Inc. announce its first LED purchase order in the amount of $252,000 from Shenzhen JBT Electronics Technology Co., LTD (JBT) for Kryronized aluminum to be used in the LED Heat Sink lighting industry. In JBT's testing to date, it found that the Kryron metal provided for testing was able to provide sufficient heat dissipation within just 14 square centimeters for each watt of LED power (considering only LED lights of 10 watts or more). This is more than a 60% reduction in the size requirement of heat sinks cooling LED lights currently.

Bourque Industries, Inc. announced that it has signed a major distribution contract with Virginia-based FORTIS US. Bourque's Kryon Terminator Armor will become the only hard armor line distributed by FORTIS, joining product offerings ranging from military spec firearms and related accessories to soft armor vests and plate carriers. The addition of Kryron Terminator Armor will allow FORTIS to meet most any law enforcement materiel requirement. The signing of FORTIS is an initial step in Bourque's strategy of allying with well-qualified distributors who already do significant business with local and/or federal law enforcement. Using distributors as the primary sales conduit for Terminator Armor will allow Bourque to focus on testing, research, and new product development.
