Bouygues SA reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended Mar. 31, 2013. For the quarter, sales were €6,698 million against €6,985 million for the same period of last year. Operating loss was €76 million against profit of €82 million for the same period of last year. Net loss attributable to group was €42 million against profit €35 million for the same period of last year. EBITDA was €182 million against €403 million for the same period of last year. Free cash flow outflow was €112 million against inflow of €84 million for the same period of last year. Net capital expenditure was €308 million against €922 million for the same period of last year. Net debt was €5,007 million against €5,324 million for the same period of last year. The company provided sales outlook for fiscal 2013. The sales target for the full-year 2013 is unchanged at €33.45 billion.

Bouygues SA proposed to the AGM an unchanged dividend of EUR 1.60 for the year 2012.

Bouygues SA reported earnings results for the full year of fiscal 2012. For the year, the company’s sales was €33,547 million increased by 3%, above the initial target. As expected, results reflected the upheaval on the mobile telecoms market and a challenging economic environment. Current operating profit was €1,286 million, decreased by 29%. Operating profit was €1,120 million decreased by 40%, impacted by €200 million of non-current charges related the adaptation plan at Bouygues Telecom and TF1 and €34 million of capital gains on asset disposals at Bouygues Telecom. Net profit was €633 million decreased by 41%. Tight control of net debt at €4,172 million. The net profit has gone down in a similar proportion to the operating profit. The sales are higher than initial objective, which was €32.35 billion, and this has been driven mainly by the construction businesses. The current operating profit has been significantly impacted by the lower profitability of Bouygues Telecom. Operating profit includes €200 million of noncurrent charges, which are related to the adaptation plans of Bouygues Telecom and TF1 and €34 million of capital gains on asset disposals at Bouygues Telecom. Free cash flow was up by €270 million to €812 million. Operational cash flow was €600 million. The operational cash flow is down because it's down by quite a considerable amount compared to 2011. And that, of course, is due to the operational cash flow of Bouygues Telecom to a large extent. However, capital expenditure was maintained at €1,433,000,000 compared to €1,658,000,000 in 2011. So all the businesses really had a tight control of their CapEx in 2012.
