For the quarter, the company reported consolidated net loss of THB 7,915,000 or THB 0.01 per share, compared to net profit of THB 143,070,000 or THB 0.22 per share, a year ago. For the quarter, the company reported standalone net loss of THB 7,915,000 or THB 0.01 per share, compared to THB 7,257,000 or THB 0.01 per share, a year ago.

The Meeting of Board of Director No. 3/2013 of Bangpakong Terminal Public Company Ltd. held on May 2, 2013, has passed the appointment of the following persons to be the audit committee of the company in replacement of the two resigned audit committee be approved: Mr. Nopporn Thepsithar Audit committee in replacement of Mr. Thanagorn Tansiri; Mr. Virasak Sutanthavibul Audit committee in replacement of Mr. Dhosphol Chudabala With effect from 2 May 2013.
