The Housing segment manufactures and sells mobile homes under the IRM and O'HARA brand names, as well as wooden frame houses under the BH brand names for campsites and tour operators. In addition, it provides related services to facilitate the purchase and resale of the boats for its customers. Bénéteau S.A. was founded in 1884 and is based in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, France. Bénéteau S.A. is a subsidiary of BERI 21 S.A.
