The company's funds from operations benefited from stronger oil and natural gas pricing experienced during the quarter that were partially offset by a $8.7 million realized loss on the company's risk management program. The company's $130 million first quarter net loss was impacted by realized and unrealized losses of $27.8 million incurred on the company's risk management program and a non-cash impairment charge of $153.5 million on assets related to the Alberta Gas Disposition that have been reclassified as held for sale. For the quarter, the company reported that daily production of princess and other oil was 3,298 bbl/d compared to 4,936 bbl/d a year ago. Daily production of lloydminster oil was 6,128 bbl/d compared to 5,441 bbl/d a year ago. Daily production of natural gas liquids was 3,435 bbl/d compared to 2,984 bbl/d a year ago. Daily production of natural gas was 90,959 mcf/d compared to 75,597 mcf/d a year ago. Oil equivalent was 28,021 boe/d compared to 25,961 boe/d a year ago. First quarter production averaged 28,021 boe per day as the severe winter weather along with an unusual number of wells temporarily shut-in due to third party drilling operations in the Lloydminster area impacted volumes by approximately 1,000 boe per day. With the announced Alberta Gas Disposition, the company revised forecasted 2014 average production to 25,500 boe per day to 26,500 boe per day and forecasts to exit the year at 26,000 boe per day to 27,000 boe per day, subject to closing the disposition on May 30, 2014. Exploration and development capital expenditures are now budgeted at $285 million, a $39 million increase over the previous budget. Net debt after closing of the transaction is forecasted to be approximately $280 million.
