china cgame inc (CCGM) Key Developments
The NASDAQ Stock Market announced that it will delist the common stock of China CGame, Inc. The company's stock was suspended on February 21, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time. NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to complete the delisting for the company. The delisting becomes effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
NASDAQ delisted China CGame, Inc. on February 21, 2012. China CGame has moved back to the Pink Sheet Exchange. In September 2011, Mr. Tang Jun (in Chinese Pinyin) injected 60% equity of China CGame in China Architectural Engineering Inc (CAEI) and listed China CGame on the NASDAQ Stock Market through the shell company. However, because China CGame was not able to launch new game products, it could not have a source of income. Meanwhile, the conflicts in management team and the cutting of personnel intensified the turbulence of the listed company's stock price. In December 2010, as its stock price remained less than USD 1 for a long time, China CGame received a warning of delisting from the NASDAQ Stock Market. After that Tang Jun combined each four stocks of the company into one, and the stock price returned to be over USD 1 for a period. In September 2011, Tang Jun quitted his position as the board chairman of China CGame and sold all the stocks of the company he held in a losing proposition.
China CGame Inc. announced that on January 4, 2012, Samuel H. Wong & Co., LLP resigned as the auditor.
