City of London Investment Group PLC announced that Doug Allison, Chief Executive Officer, and Valerie Tannahill, Finance Director, have resigned from the board, effective April 15, 2013. The company also informed that it has appointed Barry Olliff, CIO, as its interim Chief Executive Officer effective April 15, 2013. The company noted that the appropriate process has been started to appoint a new Finance Director. Tracy Rodrigues, Finance Manager, is appointed Financial Controller of the Group. The company announced that its board's intention remains to recommend a final dividend of not less than 16 pence, subject to stable markets and profitability over the final month of the financial year.

City of London Investment Group PLC announced that Allan Bufferd, Non-Executive Director is appointed to the role of Senior Independent Director. Rian Dartnell, Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Audit Committee Chairman.
