Canadian Mining Company Inc. rescinded the Option and Joint Venture Agreement with Aureus Resources Inc. on the company's Arizona Bullard Pass Gold Project as released July 5, 2012. Aureus has been unable to meet its obligations laid out in the Agreement due to the difficult conditions facing junior mining companies in funding exploration. The 43101 qualified Bullard Pass Gold Project represents a project of merit for Canadian Mining. This increase in activity and the advanced stage of the Bullard Pass Gold Project has led to expressions of interest by other companies.

Canadian Mining Company Inc. reported the completion of drilling at its Sun Group Zeolite Project, Princeton, BC. The company said that it has now completed its Phase 2 diamond drilling program at Sunday Creek. Site work will continue in the form of further mapping of outcrops in the area, logging of core recovered, and lab analysis of core samples. Access roads will be decommissioned and drill pads will be dressed and sumps back-filled by Hardrock Drilling before their dozer is demobilized from the site. The two phase drilling program was undertaken to move forward with the 43-101 Resource Report on the Sun Group Zeolite Project.

Canadian Mining Company Inc. reported the completion of the phase 1 drill program at its Sun Group Zeolite Project, Princeton, BC. The core has been logged and forwarded to Maxxam Analytics for whole rock analysis (WRA) and cation exchange capacity (CEC). To take advantage of the favorable weather conditions, Canadian Mining's Qualified Person, Mr. John Beck, P. Eng. has recommended moving forward with a phase 2 drill program. The drill will be re-located to Sunday Summit where an additional 1,000' will be conducted. Drilling will continue 24 hours a day and is estimated to be completed in the next 5 to 6 days. The zeolite core will be logged, split, photographed, labeled and forwarded to Maxxam for testing following the chain of custody standard.
