For the quarter, cash flow per share for the quarter was $1.04 compared with $1.19 for the same quarter of the previous year. Net income attributable to shareholders was $34 million, or $0.44 per share, compared with $40 million, or $0.66 per share, in the comparable period of 2012. Normalized earnings attributable to common shareholders after adjusting for one-time items and fair value adjustments, were $25 million, or $0.36 per share, compared with $27 million, or $0.46 per share, in the first quarter of 2012. Adjusted EBITDA was $135 million compared to $152 million a year ago. Capital expenditures were $293 million compared to $141 million a year ago. Revenues and other income were $354 million, down 2.2% from first quarter of 2012. Funds from operations were $103 million in the first quarter compared to $116 million in the first quarter of 2012. The company provided earnings guidance for 2013. For the period, the company assumes an average Alberta power price of $58 per megawatt hour and include normalized earnings per share of $1.20 to $1.40. Funds from operations are $385 million to $415 million and cash flow per share to be between in the range of $3.80 to $4.20 per share.
