California Republic Bancorp reported unaudited earnings results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. Net income for the quarter improved to $5.1 million, $7.6 million pre-tax, driven primarily by the company's completion of its first securitization. Basic earnings per share for the fourth-quarter 2012 were $0.98. The company's 2012 pre-tax earnings were $10.2 million and net income was $7.7 million compared with pre-tax and net loss of $1.9 million for 2011. In 2012, basic earnings per share were $1.48.
