For the quarter, on parent basis, the company reported net profit was THB 177.10 million, increased by THB 181.56 million or 4,071.74%, when compared with the net loss of THB 4.46 million in the same period of the previous year, since the company received dividend income from the its a subsidiary of THB 161.47 million. EPS was THB 0.45 compared to LPS of THB 0.01 a year ago. For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company's net profit was THB 42.25 million, increased by THB 21.24 million or 101.05%, when compared with the net profit of THB 21.02 million in the same period of 2012. EPS was THB 0.11 compared to THB 0.05 a year ago.
Charoong Thai Wire & Cable Public Company Limited announced that its AGM held on April 23, 2013, the shareholders approved the dividend payment of THB 0.60 per share to 397,906,284 qualify shares totaling THB 238.74 million or equal to 75.10% of net profit of the company's separate financial statements for the year 2012. The dividend payment is scheduled to be paid on May 15, 2013.
