This division also offers a range of investment strategies and solutions, including equities, fixed income, property, infrastructure, private equity, and hedge funds, as well as asset management services. Fitzwilliam, IRES And Others In Race To Buy Danske Portfolio

Noel Smyth’s Fitzwilliam Finance Partners Ltd is taking on IRES REIT PLC syndicate comprising Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate plc (LSE:KWE), Deutsche Bank AG (DB:DBK), and Oaktree Capital Group, LLC (NYSE:OAK) the final leg of a race to acquire a portfolio of 680 bought-to-let residential properties from Danske Bank A/S (CPSE:DANSKE). According to the news report, the assets are valued at €100 million. A short-list of bidders for the portfolio emerged on April 17, 2914 and it included Fitzwilliam Real Estate Capital. Another player in the race is understood to be Canadian Apartment Properties REIT’s (TSX:CAR.UN) IRES REIT. The third runner is partnership comprised of Kennedy Wilson, Deutsche Bank and Oak Tree Capital, all of which have been active in buying and bidding for assets in the Irish property market since 2013. It is believed that all those in the final round have tabled initial bids for Project Circle in excess of €100 million. The last stage of the competition is likely to play out over the next three to four weeks.

Deutsche Bank Announces Executive Changes

Deutsche Bank announced the appointment of Kunardy Lie as Chief Country Officer, Deutsche Bank, Indonesia effective immediately. He takes over from Suresh Narang as Chief Country Officer for Indonesia, who retired from the Bank at the end of March 2014. Mr. Lie will report to Gunit Chadha and Alan Cloete, Co-Chief Executive Officers, Asia Pacific and members of the Group Executive Committee, Deutsche Bank AG. Mr. Lie joins Deutsche Bank from Citi where he was Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, Indonesia.

Deutsche Bank Reportedly Seeks Sale Of Cosmopolitan Resort

Deutsche Bank AG (DB:DBK) is in talks with potential buyers of its Cosmopolitan resort in Las Vegas as it tries to end it into casino development, people with knowledge of the matter said.
