PT Intiland Development Tbk reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months of 2013. For the quarter, the company reported net profit of IDR 209.18 billion, a 47.75% jump compared to what the company had achieved in the third quarter of 2012 amounting to IDR 141.58 billion. The company’s profitability increase was primarily due to the rise in the company’s income. For the nine months, the company achieved IDR 1.04 trillion income or up 22.25%. The increase in the company’s income was due to the rise in the sales from housing and industrial estates, as well as the recognition income from Graha Natura Surabaya, Talaga Bestari and Ngoro Industrial Park 2. Income from the developments still made up the biggest contribution for Intiland, amounting to IDR 919.98 billion or 88%. The next contributors came from housing estate with IDR 345.18 billion (33%), followed by mixed-use and high-rise with IDR 237.84 billion (23%) and industrial estate with IDR 336.95 billion (32%). The income from the development was up 22.43% compared to the same period in 2012 that recorded the amount IDR 751.65 billion. Meanwhile, the recurring income contributed IDR 121.98 billion or 12%.
