P.T. Intiland Development Terbuka reported earnings results for the first quarter of 2014. For the period, the company experienced significant financial performance growth at the beginning of 2014. This was shown from the company’s income and net profit recorded in the first quarter of 2014. The value of the company’s revenue and profitability grew positively compared to the same period last year. Net profit reached IDR 121.52 billion, a 51.82 increase from last year’s first quarter amounting to IDR 80.04 billion. The jump in the company’s profit was mainly due to the increase in the company’s revenue. The revenue jump from mixed-use and high-rise segment was mainly due the revenue recognition from 1Park Avenue and South Quarter projects. For 2014, the company set the target for marketing sales to reach IDR 2.8 trillion or an increase of 10% from the previous year amounting to IDR 2.53 trillion.
