On March 19, 2013, Dais Analytic Corporation notified that Mr. Raymond Kazyaka Sr., a member of the Board of Directors of the company’s passed away on March 18, 2013. On March 25, 2013, the Board appointed, Ira William McCollum, Jr., to fill the vacancy. Mr. McCollum joined as a partner in SNR Denton's Public Policy and Regulation practice in 2012. He joined the firm following his term as the 36th attorney general of the state of Florida. Mr. McCollum served as attorney general from 2007 to 2011.

Dais Analytic Corporation reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2012. Total revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011 were $849,469 and $625,949. The increase in revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2012 was mainly due to the increase in the number of ConsERV(R) systems, and Aqualyte(R) enthalpy cores (cores only) delivered during the period. The total revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011 were $2,537,967 and $2,608,722, respectively. The small decrease in revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 was attributable to (a) the residual effects of lower orders given customers' concerns generated earlier in the year related to the Company's ability to repay a convertible secured promissory note which was repaid in fully on July 13, 2012, and (b) a slight slowdown in customer deliveries of ConsERV(R) systems as the Company worked to complete two new 'in-house' Aqualyte(R) enthalpy core production lines installed bringing the manufacturing process 'in-house'.

On October 30, 2012, Dais Analytic Corporation and MG Energy LLC entered into the License and Supply Agreement, effective October 26, 2012, pursuant to which the company licensed certain intellectual property and improvements thereto to MG Energy, for use in the manufacture and sale of energy recovery ventilators and certain other HVAC systems for installation in commercial, residential or industrial buildings in North America and South America. MG Energy also agreed to purchase its requirements of the company's moisture transfer material from the company for MG Energy's use, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
