Donaldson Company, Inc. engages in the manufacture and sale of filtration systems and replacement parts. The company operates through two segments, Engine Products and Industrial Products. The Engine Products segment provides air filtration systems, exhaust and emissions systems, and replacement filters, as well as liquid filtration systems, including hydraulics, fuel, and lube. This segment sells its products to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the construction, mining, agriculture, aerospace, defense, and truck markets, as well as to independent distributors, OEM dealer networks, private label accounts, and large equipment fleet. The Industrial Products segment offers dust, fume, and mist collectors; compressed air purification systems; air filtration systems for gas turbines; PTFE membrane-based products; and specialized air and gas filtration systems for applications comprising computer hard disk drives and semi-conductor manufacturing. This segment sells its products to various industrial dealers, distributors, OEMs of gas-fired turbines, and OEMs and end-users requiring filtration solutions and replacement filters. The company operates in the United States, Europe, the Asia Pacific, and internationally. Donaldson Company, Inc. was founded in 1915 and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Donaldson Company, Inc. Announces Management Changes Effective December 10, 2014

Rich Sheffer, Treasurer and Director of Investor Relations, will be leaving Donaldson Company on December 10th. Sheffer, who joined Donaldson in 2000, was instrumental in building Investor Relations program and also expanded oTreasury function into a global organization. Robert Van Nelson has been appointed Assistant Treasurer, effective December 10th. Van Nelson joined Donaldson in 2003 and has spent his last ten years in Treasury group, taking on increasing responsibility, most recently as Treasury Manager. Van Nelson has been instrumental in many of the improvements to the Treasury function over the last ten years. Van Nelson will also assume the role of Chairman of Investment Committee.

Trudy has been a senior executive with Carlson since 1997 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Trudy serves on the Board of Directors for Carlson, the Travel and Tourism Advisory Board to the U.S. Department of Commerce, Securian Holding Company, and the Bemidji State University Foundation. She also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for both Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) and The Rezidor Hotel Group. Donaldson also announced that F. Guillaume 'Bassy' Bastiaens and Janet Dolan retired from its Board of Directors, effective at the conclusion of the company's November 21, 2014, Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Bassy is the retired Vice Chairman of Cargill, Inc. Janet is the President of Act 3 Enterprises, LLC and is the retired CEO and President of Tennant Company. Both had reached the maximum number of terms that a Director may stand for election.
