Digital Shelf Space Corp. reported unaudited earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. The total revenue for the quarter of $405,351 against $509,306 in 2012, continued to be driven primarily by the company's flagship product GSP RUSHFIT an 8-week home-based DVD workout program starring MMA World Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre. Net loss was $326,508 or $0.004 basic and fully diluted per share against $540,858 or $0.010 basic and fully diluted per share a year ago.

Digital Shelf Space Corp. announced that in June 2013 the Company will begin to produce a new long form infomercial for North American DRTV advertising, for the Company's flagship product, GSP RUSHFIT ultimate 8-week home workout DVD fitness series starring Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) World Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre (GSP). The Company plans to complete the new infomercial for release on North American television in the Fall of 2013.
