eBay Inc. provides online platforms, tools, and services to help individuals and merchants in online and mobile commerce and payments in the United States and internationally. Its Marketplaces segment operates ecommerce platform eBay.com; vertical shopping sites, such as StubHub, Fashion, Motors, and Half.com; and classifieds Websites, including Den Blå Avis, BilBasen, Gumtree, Kijiji, LoQUo, Marktplaats.nl, mobile.de, Alamaula, eBay Anuncios, eBay Kleinanzeigen, and eBay Annunci, as well as provides advertising services. Deutsche Telekom Reportedly To Sell Scout24

Deutsche Telekom AG (DB:DTE) is planning to sell Scout24 Holding GmbH, Bloomberg reported today, citing sources in the know. Potential investors include Axel Springer AG (DB:SPR), eBay Inc. (NasdaqGS:EBAY), Yahoo! Inc. (NasdaqGS:YHOO), Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (NYSE:KKR), Apax Partners LLP, Advent International Corporation and EQT Partners AB. According to Bloomberg, the potential investors will receive information about Deutsche Telekom's plan for a partial or complete sale of the unit at the start of June 2013. Deutsche Telekom spokesman Andreas Leigers did not comment on the information when contacted by Bloomberg.

eBay Inc. Launches Israeli Developed Purchase Manager

eBay Inc. has launched a new product, Stuff, which was developed in Israel, to enable consumers to manage all their purchases on a single site. eBay's Israel Innovation Center, based on its acquisition of The Gifts Project in 2011, developed Stuff as the next thing in proper consumer management. After the user provide authorization, Stuff scans his or her e-mails to locate receipts for past purchases, whether or not they were made via eBay.

ProFlowers Launches Online Flower Storefront on eBay

ProFlowers(R) is launching a ProFlowers branded store on eBay.com. eBay customers now have the opportunity to order fresh flowers at Stores.ebay.com/ProFlowers. The new ProFlowers eBay storefront features a broad assortment of fresh flowers, plants and product bundles including vases and chocolates. Customers can choose the date of delivery, and ProFlowers will ship the flowers so they arrive fresh on the selected date. Buyers can also include a personalized card message with the flowers, for free. The store also prominently features a deal of the week specially priced bouquet and vase.
