On January 18, 2013 the board of Ochre Group Holdings Limited agreed to appoint Nathan Featherby as managing director. Nathan has been heavily involved in the formation and management of Ochre Group Holdings since its inception, and has served as an Executive Director of Ochre for the past year. McAndrew Rudisill, who has stepped down as managing director, will remain on the board of Ochre as a non executive director and will continue to be integrally involved in the business strategy and corporate development of the company.

On November 30, 2012, Rico Resources Limited changed its name to Ochre Group Holdings Limited.

Rico Resources Limited announced that Mr. Peter Schultz has advised the company that he will not be seeking re-election to the board at the AGM on November 30, 2012.
