Empowered Products, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacture, sale, and distribution of personal care products principally in the United States, Europe, and Asia. The company offers various products, including topical gels, lotions, and oils, which are designed to increase mental focus and to improve the bond of interpersonal relationships. The company sells 12 formulated skin lubricants under PINK for women and GUN OIL for men trademarks. It offers various products for men, such as GUN OIL Silicone, a silicone-based interactive lubricant; GUN OIL H2O, a water-based interactive lubricant; GUN OIL Force Recon, a combination water and silicone interactive lubricant; GUN OIL Gel, a gelatinous lubricant for men's personal toys; GUN OIL Stroke 29, a self-applied men's personal lubricant; and GUN OIL Loaded, a silicone infused cream hybrid interactive lubricant. The company also provides products for women comprising PINK Silicone, an interactive lubricant with silicone vitamin E and aloe vera; PINK Water, a water-based interactive lubricant with vitamin E and aloe vera; Hot PINK, an exothermic massage lubricant; PINK Frolic, a women's personal toy lubricant; PINK Unity, a gelatinous hybrid lubricant with silicone and water; and PINK Indulgence Crème, a hybrid cream interactive lubricant. In addition, it offers orally-administered nutritional supplements, which are herbal-based formulas related to sexual performance and desire. The company sells its herbal supplements under PINK Elevate Libido and PINK Elevate Performance brand names for women; and under GUN OIL High Caliber Drive and GUN OIL High Caliber Performance brand names for men. It markets its products through a network of distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, and chain and online retailers, as well as sells directly to retail consumers through its online store and through approximately 2,700 retail outlets. Empowered Products, Inc. is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Kroger Places Empowered Products, Inc.' PINK(R) in 1,400 Stores Across its U.S. National Grocery Chain

Empowered Products, Inc. announced that The Kroger Co. (KR) has placed its first batch of orders for Empowered Products' PINK(R) line of personal lubricants for five of Kroger's distribution centers across the United States. Kroger, the large grocery store chain in the U.S., will now offer PINK(R) Silicone and PINK(R) Water at approximately 1,400 retail locations across the United States. Thus far this year, in terms of Empowered Products' continuous expansion within the national retail sector, Kroger's 1,400-store order can now be added to product orders for PINK(R) and GunOil(R) from CVS Caremark for 5,000 retail locations, Wal-Mart Stores for 600 retail locations, Walgreen Co. for 250 retail locations, and Target Corporation for online retail sales at Target.com. The Kroger Co. is comprised of a variety of retail outlets including grocery store chains such as Ralph's and Food 4 Less as well as convenient stores such as Kwik Shop and Quik Stop.

CVS Expands Order for Empowered Products' GunOil and PINK Products to 5,000 Pharmacy Locations Across the United States

Empowered Products, Inc. announced that CVS Caremark has expanded, substantially, the number of stores that will carry the PINK(R) and GunOil(R) lines. CVS Caremark will now offer Empowered Products' most-popular items -- GunOil(R) Silicone and GunOil(R) H20 from its men's line and PINK(R) Silicone and PINK(R) Water from its women's line -- at more than 5,000 CVS Pharmacy locations across the United States.
