For the full year, net revenues were $377,618,000 against $388,924,000 a year ago. Operating income was $92,567,000 against $76,594,000 a year ago. For the year 2013, the company reduced its outstanding net debt by nearly $60 million. The company is now below $500 million of net debt. The company expects first quarter 2014 interest expense to be approximately $9.7 million. This represents a 15% reduction from last year, represents over $1 million reduction from its fourth quarter and represents a 30% reduction in interest expense from the first quarter of 2012, 2 years ago, reflecting the 2 re-pricings the company has mentioned and continued debt paydown. Its 2014 capital expenditure should be about $7 million to $8 million as the company phase in some capital replacements and special projects. Now this is a little higher than the past few years and is higher than what the company sees as a normalized annual CapEx run rate of $3 million to $5 million. The company would expect its CapEx expense to come down in 2015 to that $3 million to $5 million range.
