Entercom Communications Corp. announced that Steve Sinicropi is its new vice president-market manager for its Greenville operations. Sinicropi, who has spent 33 years in radio broadcasting, comes to Entercom after serving in the same role for Cox Media Group in Greenville. He has also worked in the Detroit and Milwaukee markets. Sinicropi will oversee all five Entercom stations in the Greenville market -contemporary hits WFBC-FM; news/talk WORD AM/FM; classic rock WROQ-FM; rock WTPT-FM; and adult contemporary WSPA-FM.

For the quarter, the company reported net revenues of $78,360,000 against $79,966,000 a year ago. Operating income was $11,772,000 against $10,890,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes was $329,000 against loss before income taxes of $2,382,000 a year ago. Net loss was $251,000 against $1,049,000 a year ago. Net loss per basic and diluted share was $0.01 against $0.03 a year ago. Capital expenditures was $963,000 against $881,000 a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $15,260,000 against $15,062,000 a year ago. Adjusted income before income taxes was $1,462,000 against adjusted loss before benefit taxes of $1,770,000 a year ago. Adjusted net income was $848,000 or $0.02 per diluted share against adjusted net loss of $1,027,000 or $0.03 per diluted share a year ago. The company expect $5 million to $6 million in capital expenditures for the year 2013.
