It holds interests in the Carlin and Humboldt properties, a combination of mineral rights and unpatented mining claims covering an area of approximately 145 square kilometers located to the south of Carlin, Nevada; and a 100% interest in the Jake Creek property, which consists of 1,035 claims covering an area of approximately 21,000 acres located near Battle Mountain, Nevada. It also holds interests in the Malone Claims that cover an area of approximately 1,640 acres located in Grant County, New Mexico; and 5.3% interest in the Kiyuk Lake property, which covers an area of approximately 192,528 acres located near Kiyuk Lake, Nunavut. The company was incorporated in 2003 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
