Evoq Properties, Inc. announced that it signed a 10-year lease with VF Corp. for 82,000 square feet at Alameda Square's Building 1 in downtown Los Angeles. VF's Splendid and Ella Moss brands will relocate their corporate headquarters to the facility during the first quarter of 2013. Two full floors of the building will house 200 Splendid and Ella Moss employees.
