Fab-Form Industries Ltd. announced the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement with Polytorx LLC and Ann Arbor Michigan.

Fab-Form Industries Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Bruce Clark to the company's board of directors, effective immediately. Mr. Clark's areas of expertise are commercial and civil law, including litigation. Mr. Clark is currently a partner with Preston, Clark, McLeod, of Vancouver, British Columbia. He will assist the board in making sound business decisions and in mitigating risk.
