fancamp exploration ltd (FNC) Key Developments

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. Provides Update on Magpie Test Results

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. reported final test results on bulk samples from its 46.7% owned Magpie Mines Inc. massive titaniferous magnetite mineralization sent to China for testing in late 2013. The work was carried out by the Pangang Group using their proprietary technology for beneficiating the ore, and producing Fe-concentrate suitable for Pangang (and some other Chinese) smelters. Test work included studies of the properties and relative grindability of the mineralized material, in addition to ore beneficiation using multi-stage-grinding and separation to achieve optimal Fe concentrates. Results show that the Fe-concentrate produced by beneficiating this material meets Pangang's specifications. Further discussions and meetings between Magpie and Pangang managements are scheduled to take place during the month of November 2014.

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. Reports the Preliminary Channel Sample Results of Exploration Activities on the Robidoux Property Located in the Western Gaspe

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. reported the preliminary channel sample results of recent exploration activities on the Robidoux property located in the western Gaspé. Given the size of the property and quality of mineralization encountered, Fancamp is optimistic that further exploration will continue to outline small, but rich vein systems that could lend themselves to eventual development. The preliminary channel sample results were taken from one of a series of steeply dipping quartz veins striking in a NW direction some 1.5 km south of the EW trending Grand Pabos Fault, 45 km northeast of New Richmond on the Bay of Chaleur. These veins were first tested by Ressources Appalaches Inc. in 1999/2000 who carried out soil sampling, trenching and the drilling of nine shallow holes, some of which returned interesting gold values. Fancamp's work is built on this database, extending the areas outlined by Appalaches through soil sampling, prospecting and trenching. Currently the area of interest is marked by strong gold- in- soil anomalies extending over some 2 km of strike length. Proximity to the main Grand Pabos Fault is obviously important from a mineralization standpoint, given its status as a major, deep seated suture zone hosting numerous small intermediate and felsic intrusive bodies, themselves critical heat sources. The Robidoux property currently consists of 283 claims extending along the Grand Pabos structure for some 55 km or 34 miles. The test results come from the northernmost section of what is here called the A vein system. Other vein systems further to the east northeast, the B and C systems, have also been tested and some bulk samples, up to 4.5 tonnes, have been taken. Final results from this test work will be released when received. Based upon the work to date, the north sector of the gold vein system seems to contain the high gold grades, possibly a function of its proximity to a splay fault off the Grand Pabos structure.

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. Reports Assay Results of 5 Intercepts from 3 Holes Recently Drilled on the V Zone of the Clinton Copper-Zinc Project, Eastern Townships (Quebec)

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. reported recent assay results from the V Zone of the acquired Namex Property in the Clinton volcano-sedimentary belt located in the Eastern Townships of southern Quebec near the Maine border. With the revised resource estimate of the V Zone, Fancamp now holds a total of 1.88 million tonnes grading 1.73% Copper and 1.01% Zinc (not NI 43-101 compliant because of the use of historic data) in six distinct zones located in the northern sector of the Clinton volcano-sedimentary belt extending on the Company's property for some 17 kilometres from Lac Megantic Quebec, south to the border with the State of Maine. The Company plans a "Scoping Study" on this zone and the others, to establish whether these resources can generate an economic return. Three holes were drilled on the V Zone and intercepted five mineralized zones. As is common in VMS areas, the mineralized zones at Clinton are clearly associated with a specific layer of the volcanic sequence. Most of the mineralized zones of the Clinton Formation are stratigraphically located at the top of a non-magnetic mafic volcanic unit with minor felsic volcanics, both pillowed and tuffaceous. This unit in turn is overlain by a magnetic mafic volcanic unit with very characteristic magnetic iron beds at the top. Most of the mineralized zones of the Clinton Formation are at the contact between the non-magnetic and magnetic rocks, facilitating exploration and followup. Fancamp believes there remain other undiscovered zones along this favourable contact and the recent drilling along it has also indicated favourable felsic host rocks containing low grade copper and zinc mineralization.
