UBS AG announced that it will redeem all of the outstanding securities in each of the series (collectively, the 'Affected Securities'). The securities are ETRACS DJ-UBS Commodity Index 2-4-6 Blended Futures ETN due April 30, 2042; ETRACS Monthly 2x Leveraged ISE Cloud Computing TR Index ETN due October 4, 2041; Exchange Traded Access Securities (E-TRACS) Short Platinum -- Linked to the Inverse Performance of the UBS Bloomberg CMCI Platinum Excess Return due 2018; ETRACS Next Generation Internet ETN due July 19, 2041; ETRACS Monthly 2x Leveraged Next Generation Internet ETN due July 19, 2041; ETRACS ISE Solid State Drive Index ETN due September 13, 2041; and ETRACS Monthly 2x Leveraged ISE Solid State Drive Index ETN due September 13, 2041. Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Affected Securities. The call settlement date for the Affected Securities shall be June 6, 2013. With respect to each series of Affected Securities, the amount payable on the call settlement date will be calculated as specified in each of the Affected Securities. UBS AG will pay investors holding Affected Securities as on June 6, 2013, the applicable call settlement amount.

UBS AG appointed Sylvia Coutinho as CEO of UBS Group Brazil, effective June 24, 2013. Sylvia joins the company from HSBC, where she served most recently as Head of Retail Banking & Wealth Management for Latin America and Asset Management for the Americas.

UBS AG has appointed two experienced finance industry professionals to key positions within the firm. Peter Charalambous has been appointed to the position of Executive Director - Head of Operations for Wealth Management and Investment bank, whilst Paul Alker recently took up his position as Director, Senior Client Advisor at UBS Wealth Management. Peter joins UBS with 24 years' experience in the international finance sector during which time he has worked on four continents. Prior to joining UBS, Peter had spent 14 years in senior roles at HSBC, where he worked in Hong Kong, Toronto and South Africa. Having moved to Jersey in 2007, he was appointed Head of Business for HSBC Global Asset Management (International) Limited, at the Jersey office, before moving to UBS. Paul Alker joins UBS with over 18 years' experience in the financial sector. Paul was born in Jersey and after leaving university, began his career as an insurance underwriter in 1989 before moving into the sales and advisory side of the business in the early 1990s. Most recently, Paul was Business Development Manager for HSBC Private Bank in Jersey before joining UBS and taking responsibility for Jersey-based High Net Worth clients and Channel Island-based intermediaries.
