fair isaac corp (FRI) Key Developments

Fair Isaac Corporation Introduces FICO Analytic Modeler for Business Users

Fair Isaac Corporation has introduced FICO Analytic Modeler, a model development and decision strategy software that reportedly enables business users to create their own predictive models in the FICO Analytic Cloud. The powerful predictive analytics modeling toolset is a core part of the FICO Solution Stack, FICO's development environment which brings together Big Data, predictive analytics and decision execution. FICO Analytic Modeler integrates technology from FICO's recent acquisition of InfoCentricity, including powerful, user-friendly, online analytic tools, with FICO Model Builder, FICO's robust on-premises analytic tool for exploring and analyzing data of any size and complexity. The toolset initially consists of two components: a scorecard tool which allows users to create deployment-ready scorecards, and a decision tree tool, which lets them build decision trees that help determine the best course of action. The standard version of FICO Analytic Modeler was developed for business analysts, and features an intuitive, visual user interface. The professional version gives more experienced business analysts sophisticated tools for adjusting to imperfect data, addressing competing objectives, and building best-of-breed transparent models that align to business expectations, meet regulatory requirements, and ease the audit process. Coupled with advanced decision tree capabilities, analysts can explore the impact of implementing scores along with policies and create data-driven business rules.

FICO Launches FICO Debt Manager Solution 9.5

FICO has announced the general availability of FICO Debt Manager solution 9.5 with new features designed to help collectors improve productivity while ensuring they are compliant with new regulations. The solution enables collections groups to reduce operating costs, achieve score-driven increases in amounts collected, adjust to changing regulations and increase customer satisfaction. FICO collection scores are now available out-of-the box, giving users the ability to assign the right treatment strategy and collector to each individual account, and thereby helping to improve performance. The company said that FICO Debt Manager 9.5 is fully integrated with FICO Risk Intervention Manager, which automates real-time communication with customers through their preferred channel, improving right-party contact rates. FICO Risk Intervention Manager clients report being able to handle two to four times the volume at the same cost with better right-party contact rates and improved customer satisfaction. Working together, FICO Debt Manager and FICO Risk Intervention Manager are meant to enable collection organizations to adhere to regulations that stipulate language and debtor contact, and to produce reports quickly and easily for regulators based on a full audit of every action, automated or manual.

Fair Isaac Corporation Launches Cloud-Based Analytic Tools
